Shipping Policy

My Shoe Connection is offering FREE standard shipping for orders over 40.00 (except clearance items)  to anywhere in the continental U.S.A excluding Alaska & Hawaii. We are currently able to Ship Internationally for an additional cost. International rates will vary. You will see the calculated shipping cost during checkout. For most Canadian orders we can ship via USPS for only 40.00. For other international orders, please conact us for a rate.

• Standard shipping is 5 - 7 business days to Continental United States Only: FREE
• All orders under 40.00 are charged a minimum for ground shipping.
• We are also happy to ship anywhere in the world. If, during checkout, your shipping options are not autmoatically calculated, please use our contact page for a shipping quote.
• International Shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days for delivery.
• Shipping charges are calculated during checkout for all shipping methods. During checkout, you can select to upgrade your shipping to UPS 3 Day, 2 Day, or overnight. You will see the additional shipping charge prior to checking out completely.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE: All imported items are subject to duty charges from your local customs department. To find out what your duty charge would be please contact your local customs dept in your country. This applies to all orders shipped outside the U.S.A.

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Please Note that it can take 24 to 72 hours to process your order prior to shipping. In most cases, shoe orders received prior to 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Some dress orders may require an additonal 2 to 3 days for delivery because we must first receive the dress from the manufacturer. Orders received after 2 PM on Friday will not ship until at least the following Monday due to the fact that we cannot ship on Saturdays and Sundays. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please be sure the check your shipping address during checkout for accuracy.

Any refused shipments or shipments returned because UPS was unable to deliver will be charged the original cost of shipping and any return shipping fees charged by the shipping company.
